I'm very disappointed with the scheduling and would not recommend this memorial care location nor Dr. Crane to any patients who have chronic health concerns that needs to be monitored closely and receive ample medical attention. I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Crane 3 month in advance because that was her soonest availability. She’s genuinely “present” during the appointment, reviewing my chart/records, asking if I have any concerns, taking copious notes of our conversation and then explains the appointment’s procedure. I’ve been her patient for many years. I’m grateful for Dr. Lisa Crane.
