Dr. Crane is a joy to have as your OB-Gyn. She is professional, personable, and has a positive mindset. Procedures are performed with dignity- If you are looking for a new OB-Gyn, I highly recommend Dr. Crane, you will not be disappointed.

The wait times are ridiculous. If you have an appointment with Dr. Crane, expect to wait in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes AFTER your appointment time, then another 30-40 minutes for Dr. Crane to actually come to the exam room. It take 2+ hours every time for a simple appointment that should take 15 minutes. If Dr. Crane tells you she is going to order you labs, a test or send a prescription, she won’t. I'll spare you all the runaround my wife and I endured, twice! However, I will say I have a real problem with people who don't do what they say they're going to do. Particularly doctors.
Dr crane is the best gynae/obs doctor on the planet
The anesthesiologist failed in getting my epidural procedure so half of my body was totally awake as they were preparing me for C-section. The anesthesiologist was asking Crane for less then 10 minutes to fix my epidural but Crane didn't let him, instead, she decided to put me under without getting either mine or my husband's consent. My patient rights have been violated. I am filing a grievance against Crane.
