She asked a lot of questions and made me comfortable answering the most personal ones even; remembered my history; made sure we are being extra careful because of my other conditions
Dr. Crane and all of the staff are truly amazing! They’re all so kind and knowledgeable and make every visit enjoyable. Dr. Crane shows compassion at every appointment and makes it a point to connect with you and helps you feel comfortable! It’s the best OB office experience I’ve had
I have been seeing a GYN for 30 years and my first appointment with Dr. Crane was the most thorough and she had excellent bedside manners! I wish I’d found her many years ago.

Dr. Crane is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever seen. She takes her time with her patients, listens to all of their concerns (maybe this is why the wait is occasionally longer than anticipated) and remembers every detail. She not only remembers medical details but also remembers other important things like your children. I have and will continue to recommend her to my friends and everyone else.

Had a new patient appointment with Dr. Crane and I had a pleasant visit. Dr. Crane took the time to listen to my concerns and provided detailed feedback. It’s rare for most doctors to spend more than 15 minutes with a patient. I did not feel rush and left feeling secure with my feedback.
I had to leave after waiting an hour and a half to see her. After complaining to the nurses several times, I was told that she claimed to have come into my room and saw no one, and thought I'd gone to the bathroom, and went onto the next patient. This is false; no one knocked or opened the door while I was pacing behind it. And even if I WERE at the bathroom, which I was not - I waited 90 minutes for her, but she couldn't wait 3 minutes for me? I had to leave to go back to work after wasting my time.
