Terry was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even showed me how to properly bend the brim on a fedora based on my face shape. Also loved the talking bird and the beautiful lab. Just a chance walk down Duval and I got a welcome education on hats. Terry's enthusiasm is contagious and he knows his lids!
A chance walk down Duval Street brought us in to the shop. Terry was very helpful and friendly. The kids had a blast with Gracie (the bird) and our dog enjoyed playing with the pup in the shop too! If you find yourself in Key West you must stop in this shop!

While in Key West to celebrate my wife's birthday we discovered Lippy's Hot-Hats. We loved the huge selection of hats for my wife who picked out a unique and beautiful hat made of bamboo weaving. Additionally we really enjoyed Terry and our conversation. If you like hats, this is a must stop when you visit Key West.
Great shop. Great guy. Terry and I spent some time telling each other Tilley hat stories.
Both my hubby and I were treat great at the store. He explained what kind of hats we purchased and we both live them. Highly recommend visiting the store.
Terry was so great and helped us pick out the hats that were the best for us (even if they were cheaper then the ones we originally found!!) Great doggies too
