Terry and his shop are great. Very helpful with all the questions I had about the Tilley. The best purchase I have ever made in regards to headwear. A must stop on Duval to buy a hat, meet Terry, the dogs, the bird and to get a decent priced bottle of ice cold water.
Terry was not just your average ingratiating salesman...He was incredibly knowledgeable, extraordinarily kind and sold a high quality product for a fair price. Thank you for not only your business but also the experience of shopping at your store, as well as the photo!
This store is amazing!! Terry and the dogs + his laughing bird kept US entertained for 2 hours and we ended up with two great hats! My all time favorite. Thank you for the best 2 hours in town, Terry!

Great shop, if you are in the Keys check it out great products and great service. I didn't buy anything because I already had my Tilley hat on and it will last a lifetime but if I decide to get another color I will be calling Terry.
As a local, Terry "and friends" are the only place to get a chapeau, and experience what Key West has to offer from local Customer service as it should be!
