Here's the deal. Most of these reviews say pretty much the same thing. There is a reason why that is. Terry and his beautiful dogs along with occasional interruptions from Gracie (the cockatoo) make up exactly the shopping experience you want. Terry has excellent products, not the cheap crap you see all up and down Duval, and the product knowledge that comes with doing something right for a long time. I got my Tilley there and have been totally happy with it. I work at a small golf course and it helps protect my head, face and ears.
The hat i bought is great but Michelle alone would have been worth stopping into the shop! I was going to buy a cheap hat but by the time she was finished extolling the virtues of the more expensive hats & we quit laughing walked out with a hat for life!
Michelle totally rocked us and we each purchased a hat. We weren't event really looking for one but loved her style, service, laugh and smile! We are thrilled with our purchase, thanks, Michelle!!!
Terry is a hat genius guru! His selection of hats is spot on in selection and quality. Terry is extremely knowledgeable and personable--follow his advice if you want your noggin to get noticed.
