I first met Terry in November 2016 while browsing the shops on Duval. While not looking to purchase a hat at that time and making that fact clear, Terry proceeded to give me an education on the different products he carried in case I may have a future interest (like in the next 10 minutes). I had no intention of buying a hat, but after talking with Terry, I couldn't find a good reason not to! Concerned my baseball hats weren't giving me the sun protection I need, I went with a Tilley. My father has worn Tilley's for years, and I've even given him his newest model, so it made sense for me to take the plunge and get one myself!
