The reception staff are all very friendly, and I’ve had no issues with my prescriptions nor accessing appointments when necessary
Since swan took over call waits are much much longer and as happened today you can take a morning off to find that an appt youve been waiting 20 days for was never booked. Worst mistake this surgery made. All about someone making money im sure
