I always enjoy going to Eyekrafters very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Koppel takes his time and is very thorough with his exam. Sharon, who always helps me pick out the right glasses is great, friendly and also very knowledgeable . Large variety and styles of glasses to choose.
The staff makes u feel comfortable, the Dr is so attentive he puts his patients first!!??please go and see for your self..
Great place, efficient, personable but not pushy. Dr. Koppel listened patiently to my questions and answered thoroughly.
I've been a patient of Dr. Koppel's for several years. He's treating me for my glaucoma. I can't say enough about what a good doctor he is. He monitors my condition, provides my prescriptions and, when needed, refers me to a fantastic doctor for laser surgery. Dr. Koppel always takes the time to answer my questions (and as a former nurse I usually have a lot) and he never blows me off or dismisses something I'm concerned about as being trivial. I'm truly glad I'm a patient of his.
I had a wonderful experience there is no long wait and everyone is so professional, but what really have me coming back and bringing my family is Benji she was so nice and help me while being considerate of my time. She helped me with all my insurance problems and went above and beyond of what was required of her in the office. So because of her even though Dr. koppel is very professional and great at what he dose he could not be that way if he did not have a staff with employees like Benji.
Cynthia Is amazing!!! She was able to give me an apt on a one day notice for the next day!!!! The staff is great, helped me pick out a nice frame, explained me my best options and plan, expidited the process from exam, frames to receiving my prescribed specs. Total turn around time of 4 days!!!!! I went on Thursday and got a call Monday that my specs are ready for pick up!!! Just amazing!!! New specs are comfortable, new prescription is accurate and the over all experience was second to none!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Koppel's for many years . My most recent visit there was in May ! His new office is equipped with the up to date to date eqiupement! Dr . Koppel gives a very thorough exam . He is patiently explains his findings and answered all of my questions ! Sharon , one of his opticians is also very professional and was very helpful ! She found me two great frames and expertly measured me for my progressive RX! His entire staff is warm and friendly and professional. J
