Excellent team of professional. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that patients are safe by taking the neccessary precautions to keep the facility sanitized at all times due to this pandemic. Dr. Koppel is an awsome Dr. He has always been caring and understanding of my concerns.

The exam was great. The staff was very professional and I felt all of the necessary precautions were taken. Also, the staff was very helpful as my indecisive son chose which eyeglasses he wanted.
I had a great experience. the doctor was friendly and took care of all my questions. vicki took care of my eyeglassess easily.
Excellent exam and very thorough. Dr Koppel and the staff are courteous and professional. The entire exam took less than an hour including choosing new glasses.
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is helpful, considerate and concerned. They were responsive to what was needed and took the extra time to make sure I understood and received the prescription I needed. Something did not register correctly when I tried to answer the ratings section... but for the record it’s a 10 out 10 score , 10 being the best possible experience and results. THANK YOU!!
