Dr. Koppel is very thorough and had a friendly demeanor.
Woke up with a problem. Called the office and was able to be seen that day. Very impressed with the COVID protocols. The office is immaculate. Staff are masked and frequently wash their hands. Dr. Koppel is excellent at explaining what he’s doing. Encourages you thru every procedure. He’s calm and calmed me down. The front desk staff is engaging. The support staff professional. It was a very enjoyable visit. Would recommend highly.
Great exam with Dr. K as always. He's the best! Met with Sharon and Marilyn two of the best for my new ?? and everything turned out great ??
They are on-time with appointments, explain what they are doing, patiently answer any questions, and give the time needed without rushing.
I have been going to his office for almost 5 years. Very knowledgeable staff and Dr. Koppel takes the time with me and my mom also. Very satisfied.
Dr Koppel is the BEST!! I was in terrible pain with an eye condition I never even heard of. He took me right in and I’ll admit, I was very scared because of the pain. Dr Koppel put me at ease and after a thorough examination, he took care of the problem. He and his entire staff are wonderful!!!!!!
Dr. Koppel was outstanding. He was attentive to my concerns and answer all my questions. I informed him I selected him because of the reviews and I must say he did not disappoint. I would without hesitation recommend his practice to my family and friends.
