I was referred to Dr. Koppel through a friend several years ago. It was somewhat of a trek ( I live in the Atlantic City area) but I decided to try him anyway! Bottom line? I will never go to anyone else as long as Dr. Koppel is in business!! Unlike so many doctors these days, this doctor genuinely cares about his patients! Having been in sales and marketing my entire working life, I feel eminently qualified to make this statement! End of discussion!
Dr. Is very nice and caring, but office staff does not care about patients health at all. Refuses to refill an urgent prescription for severe glaucoma because of a balance owed, will not even consider an arrangement. I would not reccomend to anyone with chronic conditions based on this.
Dr. Koppel is really cool and always tries his best to help you out. You can tell he cares!
