I had an emergency eye issue. Competent care and great staff
Dr Koppel and his staff great, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. I have been a patient for years and have always received the best treatment.
I was in need of glasses and had continuously put it off. I stopped in EyeKrafters just to look. I was greeted warmly by Mr Mike. I asked about calling to make an appointment and he said I could make one now if I liked??. He escorted me to the receptionist desk where I then spoke with Miss Stephanie. She was also very nice and immediately started working to find me a time that worked for me. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the next day. The office is very clean. The doctor is professional and friendly. All employees are nice.
He has a great “bedside” manner. His office and staff are top notch. I’ve been going to him for years.

Visited for Eye check up. Very professional set up, great advisory. Polina was awesome in making recommendations for the specs.. Overall, a great experience.
Great experience! Very clean business. All staff and Dr Koppel were very professional and kind. The entire staff runs like a well oiled machine. This was the best examination I had ever had. It was very thorough. ( I have been wearing glasses for a long time and I noticed a difference on how they do what they do.) I was able to look all the frames on display and never felt rushed. There is a nice assortment. I am glad I have found EyeKrafters in South Plainfield. Well Done !!!!
The Dr and the staff are exceptional. They make every visit enjoyable and personalized.
