We have just sold a house in Kingsmead with Lion Estates and Sharon. Sharon priced the house realistically, conducted numerous viewings being flexible to suit the viewers, and got the sale agreed with some nice buyers. Once the sale had been agreed, Luke and their progression team have been very helpful in keeping up the communications with the buyers to ensure a smooth process.
We can't thank Lion Estates enough for their professionalism and determination to enable our dreams to be fulfilled with the house we eventually found! Initially thought we would have a professional service, but our experience has been a nightmare.. been left heartbroken as first time buyers and the property viewed first by us, was sold without any communication to our side. Left us quite surprised and disappointed. Wont be trusting again
