Linnemann is certainly a company you can trust. My previous company took advantage of me. Linnemann folks are honest, hard working and easy to communicate with! I give them a 10!
From an owners point of view I enjoy having peace of mind about my property. Everyone I talk to I recommend a property manager to use if they will rent their property because of the great work Linnemann does!
Update: Too many new fees. They want you to pay the monthly management agreement (8%) plus $50 per service request because I have AHS. Company has gotten too big and is passing costs down to the owners. Switching companies. The best property management company in Killeen!!! ve been with them for 6 years!!! Trustworthy and they get things done fast!!! Payments are always on time!!! Sandy is awesome!!! She is extremely helpful and always keeps me abreast of any issues!!!
