My experience with Linnemann Realty has been great, especially with the help that I received from Ms. Sandra Schnug, she is a wonderful person with a great attitude and very out going. I value her professional ethics and I think she is a great asset to the Linnemann team.
BEWARE NOT TO RENT FROM LINNERMAN REALITY!!!!! I rented from them and cleaned my house thorough and they charged me $375 for cleaning, along with extra charges that were non existence such as an outside storage house! The house never had that! ALSO THE maintenance GUY THAT WORKS THEIR IS A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER!!!!!! What does that tell you!!! They want your money for nothing keep your pockets safe and you family safe!
I have used Linnemann realty as my property manager for over 9 years and have been extremely happy with the service I received. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Bradd. If I ever had issues or concerns, they were handled immediately!!! I recommend Linnemann to anyone who is looking for an awesome property management company!!!!!
I've been a home owner with Linnemann for over 8 years, the professionalism of most of the staff has been great. Through the years, we've had ups and downs, but majority of the time, they have always came thru for me. Bradd Stever and Sandra Schnug are great and I would recommend their services to others.
I have been in my home for almost 9 years. It was with a company called Texstar before and they did not do much to help me. When Linnemanns took over they have always been there and kind to me. I rented from Linnemann for 6 years if I had to go to renting again I would return to using them
I highly recommend Linneman Realty! They helped us find a house last minute when other realtor companies wouldn't! They always respond fast to work orders too!
We originally were with another management company but there was a merge and our property is now handled by Linnemann Realty. Initially, the transition was rough but things have definitely improved in the last year or so. I could not be happier with the arrangement we have.
