I think they are beyond great. Always make it a point to get work orders token care of in a timely manner. I have had more help from them then any other rental company in the last almost seven years. Their very helpful and polite. My family and I will definitely love them as our Property Management team.

I've been with Linnemann Realty for nearly 10 years; since they were IDC Realty. Since the beginning, I've noticed their drive to go above and beyond to protect the interests of the property owner (me in this case) while keeping the welfare and needs of the renters as their top priority. I have leased with Linnemann for 6 years great staff, great group of people, my issues are always fixed or resolved in a timely manner, couldn't ask for a better rental company!
First of all, I see why they are rated #1 in Killeen for 2016 because they should be! My wife and I rented a home in Killeen for 1.5 years and I will say it was stellar. We moved in on the first week of June and there was an issue with the AC so while we were still unloading our truck someone was there repairing our AC. Talk about great service, WOW! I been with this realtor for 3 years and they are awesome kind people. They help their tenants when they are in need of something with no problem. If something needs to be fixed you put in a work order and they are on it ASAP. I am moving but I will be staying with Linnemann, I have the option to use any realtor I want but Linnemann is the best. If you looking for a place to move call Linnemann, they take care of their tenant. Thanks for being the best Linnemann y'all rock.
My husband and I have been with thus leasing company for almost a year now and we are extremely pleased. Any time we have an issue it's resolved quickly and they are always willing to help us with anything we need. Our leasing specialist has been Sandra Schnug from the very beginning, and she is absolutely amazing to work with, from helping us get approved to rent, to getting our lease signed, to making sure we have everything we need.
