I disagree with breed restrictions. As a LL myself, there were many realty companies that had breed restrictions and didn't blame it on the landlord. Yes, the owners of homes may dictate what breeds they allow, where as the property manager, should be managing as if the owner themselves looking out for the LL and not placing additional restrictions on tenants who otherwise would be great tenants, regardless if they have an "aggressive breed". It has now been over a year since my wife posted her negative review of your company and 13 months later nothing has changed. The continued lack of response and follow-up on your company's behalf, while expected, is absurd. We have been with Linnemann for over four years now and have been mostly happy with our experience. We have had problems with the work order system (work orders happening without notice) but we are pleased so far with the recent changes they have made. Would love to give them 5 stars in the future. Bradd in the marketing department has always been wonderful! I have recommended Linnemann to incoming military.
The ladies in the office had me response in less than 30 minutes. I was not only given information to contact a seevice agenxy for the leaking A/C but also who to contact concerning extraction of water from the carpet. Thanks Melissa, Connie and Jennifer, you're the BEST
