Disappointed because you have mostly good reviews, but the lady in charge of rental home management never answers her line. After multiple attempts of trying to contact her and going to voicemail, we played phone tag once, she never returned my follow up call. I have since moved on to another company because I need to be able to contact the person I entrust with managing my home.
They have been a great company for the most part fixing our issues as they come up and always being friendly. The only issue i had was that a pet deposit was made and paid to the owner and we never had a dog. We asked for it back and they wouldn't budge. That totally turned me off. Otherwise it would have probably been 5 star
If you're a property owner looking for a company who actually cares and appreciates the fact that you're entrusting them with your home; if you want a company to communicate with you and keep you informed of what is happening with your home especially if you live out of state; or if you want a company who will respond when you reach out to them, please look elsewhere, as Linnemann is definitely not that company. I dought linneman realty will leave this review up. Since they have that option on facebook. Check other sites reviews of them. Call the BBB and you will see that they are not a company you want to deal with. God was looking out for us when they denied our application. There shady people and very rude.
Are amazing to work with! They take care of repairs right away and anything else that needs to be done.
They will not assist you if you have to move out early. Even if you leave on the 2nd of the month they MAKE you pay the entire month regardless. They will not work with you. Other than that they have been a decent company. A bit lazy but decent. Compared to JWC who pro-rated $$$ and was otherwise a terrible company. Glad to be leaving this area full of companies that suck your money away despite the fact that you fight for their right to do so.... Terrible place.
We just finished working with Yohana at Linnemann Realty and let me say if you are ever looking for a Realtor she is Amazing! She just sold our home in two months there in Killeen Texas. She has an wonderful work ethic. She works so hard at what she does and knows so much about how to get things done and done right. We had things come up with our home and she always knew exactly what to do and who to get the job done at a great price. She was truly a blessing to work with. I highly recommend her!
