We put our first home up for rent this month. Linnemann's made the process incredibly easy. The documentation of the condition of our property when we moved out and then again before the new tenants moved in was impeccable and every detail noted in writing and with photographs. Our property was rented out within a day or two with prompt communication sent by our agents. I whole heartedly recommend this group!
