It's hard to get an appointment, but I was lucky enough to get one with Dr Cummings. He was extremely kind and supportive, asked me a lot of helpful and insightful questions, and really listened. I left feeling better than I have in months and with some tools to help me continue on that road. Thank you.
I have nothing but praise for Lgp, the reception staff are helpful and the doctors I have seen are excellent, I have been with a not good GPS before and couldn't get through to reception never mind get an appt .
Really strange staff. Appointments take three weeks to get. Things like Orphopaedics took two years to get. Even my daughter's emergency scan , took 6 weeks! Today,phone for a new hearing test - only to be told by reception,oh go to Spec's savers for a hearing test. I have been deaf since birth and UK born, why suddenly do I have to go to Spec's savers? Why can't I get a another hearing test if my hearing getting worse?
I’m fairly new to the area and I’ve got to say I’m really impressed with this practice. Appointments have been quick both of the female doctors that I’ve seen since I’ve been here could not have been nicer. Lovely manner, very attentive and calming, it’s most appreciated.
