Rented property on 98 bingley road infested with bed bugs
Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
Linley and Simpson Bingley good working agency, everything we did online ( it may be difficult for older people, but I'm sure they have some alternative for that). Hollies Landi was very kind and very quick answer for all my emails. I would recommend these Agency, would recommend Hollie. Thank you
If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. We have had a horrible experience with them. Hollie made us homeless twice even after we waited a whole month just for them to process things and let a property. They waited until the day before to change their mind about letting the property to us leaving us with nowhere to go. They stressed me out so much I had a breakdown, wouldn’t recommend renting through them. Went to see the morgage advisor and she was very good would recommend her to anyone struggling to get a morgage in later years
