Absolute poor client services. I've requested a call back many times. But they never call back. I'm living in a property without a black bin for over 4 weeks . I've raised this with agency many times. But still nothing has been done.
Quite a disorganised and lack of communication experience. Promised a phone call back on a specific day still waiting eight days later. My impression is there isn't a personalised customer care experience as they know they will rent a property due to holding group viewings so lack of communication comes in due to confidence of renting. No replies to my queries and have to chase by calling then when I do staff are quick to cut you off the line before even saying goodbye. Overall not a great experience unfortunately.

Doesn’t even deserve one star this branch and its staff are so lazy they refuse to pick up during opening ours because they prefer a chat whilst getting pain rather than helping paying customers. Disgraceful
Absolutely avoid selling your house with this company, communication is an absolute disgrace. Didn't even bother to put forward our offers to the vendor, I had to submit our offer via the vendor who we knew very well. I call that fraud! From putting in our offer to completion. I think they should stick to rentals although looking through reviews it doesn't look like their much better at that!
