I visited so many companies in different cities to get flat. A relative need property on rent I and went to get but after talking with a guy small short hair with glasses try to interfere personal life and asked very unnecessary questions that I can’t even disclose here. Very non professional guy even laughing at us which we feel very uncomfortable and run away from there as it was harassment attempt. He didn’t even offer chair to set. I never recommend this company to get flat on rent.
My experience with this rental was very disappointing. The house was not in good condition, and basic repairs were ignored. It felt like the landlord did not care about the tenants. I faced constant problems during my stay and received little to no support. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free rental.
Literally have a very very bad experience with them. Had a year contract with them for property at denzil avenue, horrible property suffered alot, when there was heavy rain inside flooded. Informed them everything, rats all around, breakage, not tidy surrounding because whole year they did construction there. I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. From the beginning, their service was unprofessional and very frustrating. They were not helpful at all after renting the property. Communication was extremely poor, and whenever there was an issue, they either ignored it or took a very long time to respond.
