Don't go with it and dont fall in false promises. They tell you good words and promises before letting. After agreement they wont listen anything. They didnt even reply your email or phone calls. And dont provide the things which they told you before you moving. Same thing happens to me. Its leakage in bathroom and kitchen. Gas heating not working properly. Window is faulty.
