I cannot rate this company enough. Although I did not rent through them in the normal way, i was placed in temporary accommodation in chatham by my local council, I have never been in that situation before and always private rented but when my children's dad died I could no longer afford my rent in thanet and became homeless. My bathroom window wouldn’t open and I reported it they called me the next day saying someone would be out to fix it and within 5-10 minutes they was out and the issue was fixed absolutely brilliant service and lovely office staff
