I've spent more than one year at the Link, and my experience there is amazing ! Perfectly placed to enjoy downtown Raleigh and with an outstanding staff always willing to help The Link is a great place to live in !
I've been at the Link for over a year now and it's been awesome. The location, rooms, facilities, staff, and other tenants are all great! Recommend that anyone moving Raleigh come check it out!

I only have praise for Link and it's staff. From the time they started building they kept the public informed. They are so helpful with any problem or question you may have. I got to visit a while back and was amazed at how centrally located it was to everything downtown. The staff can direct you to just about any activity you are interested in. I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment and want to be part of an extended family, then this is your place! Check it out.
Building , location and management are above approach. Great place and wonderful people.
I don't live at the community but in regards to the recent fire, they seem to really care about their residents and treat them like family. You can't put a price tag on that.
I loved my time at Link! The location is perfectly situated between Glenwood and the Fayetville St area. The staff goes above and beyond always. I unfortunately had to move because of the fire and my unit was no longer livable. I would recommended this property to anyone and wish I could still be there myself!
