terrible service. Been trying to get a prescription for 2 months, cant add a payment to pharmacy2u cos of website errors, so asked for it to be sent to another pharmacy, told the doctor said it has to be pharmacy2u who does it, cant get in touch with anyone as when I get a response from reception you cant reply to it to explain anything. Absolute shambles. cant even find a email address or anything for complaints. Used to be a great surgery now its terrible.
Absolutely shocking receptionist in the morning of 08.07 Friday morning. Very rude and defensive. Didn't bother to support on repeat prescription. I will look for a different surgery all together. This isn't the first time. I can't fault the doctors but the front desk is Absolutely bizarre!!!!.
I've just moved to this GP surgery a week ago, and I cannot fault the interactions I've had. They have helped me so much in one day, more than the previous surgery I was using. The reception crew at Ling House didn't have all the answers on hand straight away, but they did everything they could to find it and solve all the issues I had to completion. My experience has been great and they did it with a smile and good aura. I'm glad to be at this surgery. 10 points 5 stars and they deserve a pay rise.
If your new Keighley area stay away from this dead beat practice ngl anywhere but here I can promise you that your needs will not be met by this practice neither do they care about your wellbeing/health I have had so many bad experiences I am walking away with a bad taste in my mouth.
