The assistant manager is rude she doesn’t have a clue she’s unfair to staff she’s a bully!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all not until Jenifer Mullins has left she’s got bad atmosphere she degrades carers she shouldn’t be in this kind of work.
Very dirty, staff throwing PPE outside grounds not good for others and environment.
Has changed my perception of care homes. Everyone so caring. Mum was not very happy on her first day, but in a short while she was content and loved her new friends. They can't do enough for us to keep in touch in these difficult times

My dad came to live here and he loved it. He had the start of dementia and the staff were brilliant and treated him with respect and care and made his last 6 months of his life as pleasant and safe as they could have been. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a lovely place to send their mum or dad. Sadly we didn’t know of this place when my mum needed it and she went somewhere else with sadly much less care.
