Along with her partner, Dr. Margaret Kessler, whom I usually see, Dr. Ackerman is friendly, professional and takes your problems seriously. I was worried about wasting her time, because a bump on my nose went away soon before my appointment. She reassured me that it would be no problem to check and then actually found a precancerous area, which she treated.
She takes the time with each of her patients, you feel like you’re the only one.
She is exceptional...everything about the experience.
Outstanding for my autoimmune condition. Met Dr Ackerman in Feb 2023 and since then everything she has indicated was on the money. She did lots of tests but got to the root of the issue and now I have lots of hope. She is knowledgeable and no matter where she is she gets back to you. Highly recommend her. Her office staff is top notch as well.
Dr. Ackerman is truly an expert in her field. Her full body examines are very complete and she always has precise medical recommendations for whatever skin issue you may have. In addition, she is a people person, very approachable and nice.
Dr. Ackerman cares! She takes time to listen. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She always makes me feel comfortable during my annual full-body exam. She follows up with biopsy reports quickly. I can't say enough good things about her.
Dr. Ackerman is very knowledgeable and professional and answers your questions directly. She puts you at ease and always makes you feel like your her most important patient. She's the best.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ackerman's for almost 10 years, and will continue. She's fast and efficien, and I'm not sure that fast & efficient is best method, part of the reason I've given the four stars. Also, once she did surgical procedure to remove small mole, that needed to to be redone for cosmetic reasons.
Seen in a timely manner. Exam was thorough & not rushed. Took time to answer all my questions
