My appointment began in time. The medical assistant was cordial and friendly, and accurately recorded my information. Dr. Ackerman is a joy. She always thinks “outside the box,” considering other organ systems that might cause or impact current dermatological problems. She performs thorough skin examination, answers all questions, and explains rationale for treatment. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She deserves 10 stars.

Dr. Ackerman listens to your concerns. She takes your health seriously and always makes sure you understand her diagnosis. Also, she makes sure there is a plan laid out for future visits.

I was sick with (I am still not sure what it actually was) some sort of skin issue and in the hospital when I met Dr Ackerman. Her devotion to getting me well and back to a normal state was truly above and beyond what I expected. I have been seeing her for over a year now and she has done everything to find a treatment that works, so far we have and I am feeling great. Thank you Dr Ackerman and your team, especially Clare.
