I had appointment at 10:30 with dr lees I was there by 10:25 and when I seating in waiting areas I show her to going down with her coffee cup toward break room . Then I was keep waiting for my turn for 40min and then I thought I missed call from dr lees better I go and check on reception see I if I missed call from her . I had replied saying your are the next one and dr lees is running very behind. We had a fantastic experience with nurse KERRY during our visit today. She was absolutely wonderful with our 3-year-old, taking the time to explain the vaccination in such a simple and gentle way that even 3 year old could understand. To our surprise, the little one not only grasped what was explained also stayed completely calm and didn’t even flinch during the injection! Her calm, reassuring manner made a world of difference. We’re incredibly grateful for her kindness and professionalism—truly a gem in the practice.
