Chap came round to inspect my roof today.. He arrived without any ladders. I asked him how he was going to inspect the roof without ladders. He said he could and climbed up on my fence and lent backwards. He said he could see the faulty tiles. He asked to borrow my step ladder to inspect the loft. He looked round the loft for 5 minutes with the torch on his phone! That was that.. Although a pleasant chap , I am yet to understand how you inspect a roof without a ladder.
