I ordered an electric reclining sofa with usb port. First I was ignored for 6 months. When the sofa finally arrived it didn’t have the usb port and what I got isn’t what was advertised. Please which ombudsman can this company be reported to. So unfair.
Bought and paid for 3 seater settee and I never received it I've never had money back or anything carnt understand why this place isn't closedown

Avoid this company unless you want robbed of your hard earned money. I ordered a chair in December 2023 still no sign of it. No response to any emails can’t get them on the phone. I looked them up on companies house website looks like they are out of business but are still taking peoples money
