Wonderful sales service with Rich Jeleniewski. Had to say good-bye to a favorite Mercury Mariner Hybrid after 10 years. He recommended a Lincoln MK-C, and even went the extra mile to find the color I really wanted. The whole experience could not have been easier or more pleasant. Rich is patient, well informed, and experienced. I hope to have the pleasure of working with him again once the Ford electric vehicles come onto the market!
What a terrible experience . I was harassed by the assistant service manager , starred at , he called all people I had interaction with asking why I was there and I needed to leave . What a terrible feeling to be 5months pregnant, female , all alone bringing my husbands car to be serviced and to be intimidated and humiliated for what reason I am unsure of . Treatment of customers, as customers are definitely number 1! We had an amazing sales associate Denise Baiardi, she was very interested in the vehicle that I was currently driving, options on the vehicle and as well as what I was looking for in a new vehicle. Discussed all promotions available, found the 2019 MKC that I was looking for. We had an amazing sale associate ...when my husband ask 1,000 questions Sam never hesitated a second and had an excellent response to every single issue.
