I’m for one shocked and don’t know whether to be sad or angry. THIS PLACE IS HATEFUL and I dare to even say racist. They did a faulty job on my breaks and as a resolution, they fixed the brakes for free. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was shocked to see that my windshield was cracked right down the center from top to bottom. get someone that knows how to appraise used vehicle for a trade in...oh wait maybe get someone different to greet people at the door and not demand they put on a mask. or leave i told him i had reasons for not wearing a mask..ok fine i put the mask on, then guess who takes my keys to appraise my possible trade in? yes you guessed it ...the same guy...tells me my 2014 ford focus titanium with 44k miles on it and spotless inside and out is worth 4500...ya ok he wants his salesman to sell me a vehicle off his lot...when hell fr... read more
