RecommendedBefore I was fully out of my car someone was asking if I could use his help. He directed me to the salesman that I had an appointment with. Once there, Ben Leece had a folder with complete information on all of the cars that I expressed interest in. I was able to test drive all three and made a decision on that Thursday, applied for and was approved for credit online that night. My salesperson drove the car out to my the next day. An excellent experience from the first phone call.

Initially went to Varsity to look at 2017/18 used mkz they had 10 or so to chose from. Tried to deal on one, but we couldn’t reach a deal. Continued to look for others the following week, found some good deals, but they weren’t certified and were roughly the same price. Ended going back to Varsity with my tail between my legs, and looked at the original car I tried to get the deal on. The salesman (Sam) was cool about it and got it cleaned up. Bought my car at Varsity and only bring it there for service. Todd helped me with a number of issues when I was stranded the day before it was scheduled to go in and even called me later to make sure I got home OK. Brandon was my service advisor and kept me in the loop the two days my car was in service. I like that we are able to communicate via cell phone and don't have to try main number and be put on hold.
