I have yet to receive even remotely decent service from Varsity.... But to bring my vehicle in for service, spend $1100 for service (which is another story-wrongfully charged had to call me back) over three hours and then the dealership to damage my MKZ and not tell me>? That’s beyond horrible, matching dents from raising my car for service. Just picked up another Lincoln MKX from Varsity Novi. I always purchase with Ben Leece as he is very upfront with the complete process.
