RecommendedAlways a great experience at Varsity Lincoln with Jon Treharne. I have gotten several Lincolns there and have never been disappointed. They always exceed my expectations with service and delivery of new cars. John has decades of experience with my late uncle and my aunt who is now 89! You can go wrong with these folks.

Today, I’ve taken my Lincoln MKZ in for service because my low tire pressure indicator was popping on. They saw me instantly and service technicians are friendly and hospitable. Not only did they fix the tire problem, they also and always wash my car. Today I got a special tip on how to remove tree sap from the car. I appreciate and don’t mind waiting because their lounge/wait room is clean with comfy furniture and snacks. Bottom line is this place is impeccable and Varsity Lincoln Novi treats you like family.

From day 1 this dealership is awful to deal with. From sales to service! They sold me a 2017 MKX with a flat tire and then tried to sell me the tire package. My husband helped with a medical emergency with one of their customers who fell in their dealership and got zero thank you. Service is awful I call and call and no one picks up. They will only pick up and deliver on THEIR TIME. They never have parts in including recall parts. I hate dealing with Varsity Lincoln!

I had the best service at Varsity Lincoln in Novi. They have the best selection of vehicles. They were helpful, I got great financing, easy application process. They delivered my vehicle to Grand Haven will a full tank of gas! I love my vehicle! Everyone was friendly. Thanks Jere!!

While shopping for a crossover vehicle, I visited Varsity Lincoln and met Nick Zoccola who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question. Nick was able to get me a vehicle in the make, model and color I wanted from another dealer as my options were not in inventory. Nick’s expertise and service exceeded my expectations.
Just picked up two cars. A MKC for me and a MKZ for the Mrs. Ben Fleece was our salesperson. Very polite and he went over and beyond the call of duty. Stephen in finance was a wizard. Everyone was great. Can't wait to do business with them again.
