Just purchased a new Nautilus and I love it! After a few weeks I had a check engine light come on (hey It happens) and I sent a text to my sales rep Deb. She called me with in 3 seconds and asked me questions about the car as well as as scheduled a pick up for it on the spot. I am so impressed with the professionalism.
