Random and unclear pricing to milk customers. Rude and unfriendly office all around. Slow service.
I would like to share a few points that might be helpful for others considering this firm. Firstly, I found the receptionist’s attitude inconsistent; he seemed professional mainly when the barrister was in the office. On several occasions, my appointments were double-booked, and once, I arrived to find that neither the barrister nor any solicitor was available, without any prior notice.
