Take this for what it's worth: my house on post is currently 93 degrees inside with the air conditioner set on 72 degrees. This is after 5 or 6 work orders being submitted the past two months, each time maintenance telling us our unit is working fine. To make things worse, we were told that submitting another work order would result in us being charged for service.
