They don’t care about their residents at all. They give them the run around for maintenance issues. For instance AC is out. Called maintenance 8 times in 4 days. The last time we the worker got an attitude and hung up on the residence. Maintenance came out and replaced the filters three time. The filters are not the issue. The attic was checked earlier in this fiasco and none of the vents were connected to the ac line. For starters I was looking in some reviews and saw that one family that doesn't have their entire name for privacy like ours this housing just replied giving their last name without permission... Also there's a situation going on about mandatory changing blinds for cordless for security reasons. I think is a shame that we are going to be charged for those old damaged blinds that are being thrown away because even tho they are well cared for, are not going to be used again. So I give 1 star because the service men are awesome... read more

Transparency is almost non-existent and LMH should be upfront with its residents instead of sneaking behind backs.

I have lived in the Marvin R. Wood housing section for 2 years now. I am an E-7 and I pay roughly $1800.00 monthly for my home. In this time, I have had water pipes bust twice, once in my daughters’ room and once in my storage closet. In my storage closet water leaked through the dry-wall, damaged my TA-50, my wife's road bicycle, camping gear and my Dewalt tool set. The leak upstairs resulted in black mold growing in all our venting systems and a mildew smell that really mad...Continue Reading
