I want to thank Fransisco for coming to my rescue today. He did a great job unplugging the central air conditioner lines in my attic.
I just have to leave kudos here for Mr. Sal the maintenance guru �. He comes in with a smile, completes his duties quickly and efficiently, and leaves with an even bigger smile. Once he came to fix our toilet and vertical blinds and realized the wear and tear. Instead of coming back the next day with the necessary equipment to try to temporarily fix it like others were doing, he came back that evening to install a new toilet and blinds! I've had nothing but great experiences with Watkins Terrace housing. Our house is beautiful and the few maintenance issues we've encountered have been resolved within hours. The staff is friendly and I'm very satisfied with their management.

Each time we've come across a maintenance discrepancy he's responded promptly and pleasantly, takes great care working around children and pets, and has worked until the problem was resolved. I just want to say that Ron is by far the best maintenance man I've ever had the pleasure to work on my home since living in military housing! Although all of your maintenance staff is above average, I love it when Ron comes to repair my home! He always greets you with a warm smile and great conversation! He completes all of my repairs properly, happily, and completely! He even will return to my home if he thinks he forgot to tidy up! Thanks Ron!!!! I look forward to my next repair needs!!
