Highly displeased with Lincoln right now. We moved out on October 12. They refuse to give us a list of damages until after November 1st when we receive our BAH (even though we are not there) even after we told them USAA is trying to close our claim because they haven’t heard anything from housing. They have the remaining BAH from October, our pet deposit, and our renter’s insurance policy that covers up to 1k in damages, plenty in my opinion to cover the damages. Yet again our electricity is out. We called the Maitnance emergency number an hour ago and still no tech. Every time it storms we go through this. You take $1779 in rent and yet I can’t seem to keep electricity when it storms. And it’s only my house on this street. Great Job Lincoln. I should start sending you the bill.
We've lived here for almost 3 months now. Had to call emergency maintenance yesterday because my husband made us lose electricity to the whole house! Raymond came out right away and got the situation taken care of. Super awesome guy! Grateful for him!
The people are nice. But we've had nothing but reoccurring problems with our maintenance calls. We always have to call back to fix the "fix". Ray is the only technician that we trust now and sadly he was moved away from our neighborhood. Please bring Ray back to Wheaton, Dickman, Graham.
Thanks for letting us sit in an 80 degree house when we were told our a/c would be fixed.. then called back after a no show and were practically told we are SOL bc they couldn’t tell us why they wouldn’t make it out. Well don’t lie about it and say someone is going to show up then say we don’t get any service.... y’all are great
While we haven’t moved in yet, I would like to say that our experience has been positive and everyone I’ve spoken with has been extremely helpful in getting our family into a home. I’ve been in contact with Ms. Thompson many times and she has gone above and beyond my expectations. We truly appreciate everything. Thank you!
