RecommendedKudos, for the Maintenance Office. I am excited and pleased with the way the maintenance office is taking care of work orders. Mr. Sal came in today to change my fire alarm and went the extra mile to tighten toilet seats that where not in the work order. Thank you for going the extra mile to make sure we are happy and satisfied with our home. Just thought you should know you are appreciated 😊

Recommend spending more time on maintenance inspections prior to turning the homes over to new tenants. I had ~10 different maintenance issues in the six months I lived on post. Had the LMH team done a more thorough job, then I would not have had to do their job for them.
RecommendedI have lived on fort sam houston for 7 months and I loved Normon Sandoval he is an outstanding Maintenance guy always doing an outstanding job every time he come to fix stuff at my house and he always do follow ups to make sure everything is working good

RecommendedI loved living here, maintenance was always ontop of anything I needed and the ladies at the office were pleasant to deal with, if you take good care of your home you will not be charged crazy amounts at move out. we loved our community and would definitely live there again!
We moved out on October 12 and never received any info about charges. I had to call and was told there were charges and the amount that we would receive back. There is no communication between the offices, main and community. So the main office couldn’t tell me anything. (The community office is down to power outage apparently). LMH has not contacted my renter’s insurance about the charges after moving out. Instead they just took the charges from our BAH. RecommendedI am a current resident in Watkins Terrace, there are things I would love to change, but the commute and the schools have made it a perfect place for us for now. It is not without its flaws and the houses need work. Whenever anything is wrong with our house, Norman comes out and fixes it so fast and does such a good job. If anyone else has to fix something because he is busy, he comes and makes sure it was done right. He makes it worth it to live here! Always ask for Norman if you need something done right!
RecommendedConvenience of schools on post and commute 💯👍🏽👍🏽...some homes are “historical” but totally suited our needs while we stayed here...had zero issues with work orders👍🏽👍🏽 Excellent work Mr Norman and staff...only issue we had was with lawn service leaving grass clippings in our back porch👎👎...Watkins front desk ladies were always super sweet and helpful...overall LMH was good to us
