Absolutely shambles of a booking service. Fill in the online form as requested but too many questions, need a service that keeps previous info like name and DOB, etc. when I eventually have my phone appointments nearly every time I need to explain myself again. It’s like no one takes any time to read my 20 min submission just to get the appointment. I have been re-booked for the 5th time now for a procedure. The last reason was the receptionist has forgotten to put my name in the system after cancelling my 4th booking (and I was in front of her while she was doing it and it was not busy that day. ) It is very inconvenient when I have to sort out everytime for someone to look after my 3 month old while I go for this appointment.
