My AC died on the fourth of July, after more then 25 years of use. From the start of our journey to research HVAC companies and begin the process of replacing the system, Lincoln heating provided great customer service and answered all questions we had when looking at replacing the system. The team of ****, *******, and **** were polite, kind and efficient, and they worked together as a "well oiled machine". So happy we made the decision to choose Lincoln heating and air as our HVAC company.

A very streamlined system from inspection to evaluation and financing all the way through the installation. Great team that goes beyond customer service, including **** and ***** removing our old water heater sitting in our back yard (which they had nothing to do with in repairing or replacing) for recycling. I highly recommend Lincoln!

They went above and beyond, fixed a problem that was only discovered when they looked at my system, basically preventing a total breakdown in the near future.
