I called Lincoln Heating and Air for a furnace repair. ******************* was my Technician. I was glad that he was my technician since he had a number of good reviews. He was on time and did the repair right away. He had the part on his vehicle. I am glad to be able to recommend such a qualified technician as *******************. ***********************

Our tech, *******************, was friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I'm very thankful he was sent to fix our heater and replace our thermostat. He is customer oriented, which is rare.

Everyone who participated in the replacement of our AC and furnace system, showed great knowledge and professionalism. They completed the job in time efficiently, and explained everything patiently. (Since I have a hard time hearing.)They did an excellent job and we are happy we contacted Lincoln Heating and Air.

Lincoln Heating & Air did a fantastic, meticulous job installing a mini-split air and heating unit in our garage. From my initial contact with ***** for an estimate, several texts (always answered promptly), and quick scheduling of service done very professionally by ************************** and *****, I can only say this is a great group. The office staff I dealt with (******* and ********) were friendly and efficient. I have no qualms in highly recommending Lincoln Heating and Air for any HVAC needs.

Very neat, nice, professional and met our accommodations with our dog and family.Took the time to answer our many questions. Dave’s Bell, Technician, called about 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was efficient, cleaned the grills and changed out the air filters, cleaned and serviced the furnace and fans. Excellent communications and careful with our home throughout his visit. Nicely done!

My experience with Lincoln should be rated as 10 stars. My A/C died in late August, in the middle of a heat wave in ****. I called Lincoln and ********************* came out quickly and did a complete assessment of the situation. My system was 25 years old, so I requested a new A/C and furnace quote. He was extremely professional yet friendly and answered many of my questions. ***** and ***** did a fabulous job replacing our AC unit and furnace. Hard working, polite, professional from the time they arrived until they left. They were especially kind to our son with Autism and told us in advance when they were going to start the new furnace up so we could go outside due to the smell, heat and smoke detectors. That was greatly appreciated!Will recommend Lincoln Heating and Air to everyone.
