Great service all around by the whole team. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. ***** the estimator answered all my questions and suggested the best options for the replacement of my water heater, AC, and furnace. The products are top notch and the technicians Itau, *****, and ***** did an amazing job on the install and were very professional. I would highly recommend.

My heater was out for about 8 weeks. Things just kept going wrong and the entire company was great about staying in communication with me. ***** and ***** were great and got me warmed up and everything working.

We decided to convert our boiler and hot water heater to propane after our underground oil tank failed. Checked with at least 1/2 dozen plumbing companies - only a few, including Lincoln, gave us an estimate after visiting our home - the rest didnt even respond to my followup query. Lincolns quote seemed fairly priced in comparison. **** and ***** (the installers of my new furnace) arrived on time. They used the garage as their staging area to keep out of the elements (cold, wind, very bright sun). They worked steadily all day until about 2:45 PM when they finished the installation. They spent about 45 minutes cleaning, sweeping, removing the packaging and unused materials. **** also used that time to verify the furnace was fully functioning including the 2nd stage firing rate.
