Lincoln came to my rental in ****** to do a diagnostic on the furnace. The serviceman stated it needed a new motor after being there for only 5 minutes. He quoted me $1,900.00. I called another company that day they came and it only needed for the renters to understand how to work the thermostat. It did NOT need a new motor! This occurrence happened on 9-13-2024. This is DISHONEST !!!

Lincoln came to repair my mini-split unit without notification of cost prior to repair. The tech was apologetic stating that an E-MAIL HAD BEEN SENT.I did not receive any e-mail from company. I was shocked to hear that part and installation was $1700. When I asked how much the part cost, I was told it was company policy to not disclose that information. I have no idea what the %1700 includes. What was the cost of part?

We switched to Lincoln about four years ago, and very glad we did. The last few visits, ***** has been our service technician, and not only does he do a great job, he is a very nice young man that my wife and I look forward to seeing.

Lincoln H &A always comes through for me. Their communication is excellent (no AI to deal with), prices are fair and they always go the extra mile to get the job done quickly and efficiently. My tenants have commented on how professional and friendly the service men are. I have never had to pay for a service that I didn't need as Lincoln H &A is above all, honest.
