Lincoln Heating and Air was accommodating to coming out as soon as they could while working with our scheduling and the technician was nice but overall there was a lack of knowledge. The technician had to keep calling coworkers and supervisors for help after tearing apart the circuit board on our system and taking apart our thermostat. From the first phone call for an appointment, to ****, the tech arriving and doing a yearly check up on our AC, it was effortless! **** did an amazing job and fixed a part that I had pointed out was making a noise at the end of last season.
